G2S (2) Second Meeting

9.15pm - 9.45pm

A meeting was held and conducted by Mr Syahmi Suraini as the Project Manager faced some obstacles in attending this meeting.

The outbreaking news are updated and has been sent via SMS to all G2S members. Among agendas that have been accepted and satisfied by all the members are:

  1. The camp will be held at SMK Sultan Abdullah, Teluk Intan, Perak.
  2. Starting from 23hb - 25hb of August 2009
  3. The new vice PM is Nur Zaimah bt Amri - (Due to Atiqah has taken off from G2S team)
  4. A new member to be taken in to replace Atiqah place still in consideration. (as there are 5 students asked to be a part of this team)
  5. The place just will be filled in if situation is forcing.
  6. Targeted students: 100 students (perhaps)
  7. Transportation to Teluk Intan : Express Bus - additional seats will be booked to accommodate many things.
  8. Transportation manager: Akmal Hayat again~
  9. Letter to the school status: UNKNOWN
There was also suggestion to change the school to SMK Pulau Tuba. But due to cost constrain, it is kept in view. - Suggestion by Amin Rukaini
